Copyright Policy

Last updated: 20 October 2026

Your content

You keep ownership of the names, photos, wording, and other content you add. You give Datixy a limited permission to store, process, and display that content only to operate your invitation and the features you choose. You must own the content or have permission from the owner and from any person shown in it, including a parent or guardian for minors.

Reporting infringement

If you believe content on Datixy infringes your copyright, use the Report Copyright Infringement or email hello@datixy.com. Include your name and contact details, the work you own, the exact Datixy URL, and a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorised.

Review and removal

We review notices, may ask for more information, and may hide or remove reported content while we investigate. We notify the account owner where appropriate. If content was removed in error, the owner can reply to the notice or use the report form to request a review. We retain substantiated notices we receive.

Repeat infringement

Accounts that repeatedly receive substantiated copyright complaints may have content removed, features limited, or the account suspended or deleted. We consider the number, severity, and recency of substantiated complaints and any successful appeal.

Our assets

Datixy’s templates, artwork, interface, and bundled audio are supplied for use inside Datixy and may not be copied, resold, or redistributed separately. See the Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy.
