Terms of Service
Last updated: 20 October 2026
Using Datixy
Datixy lets you create digital invitations and share them with guests. You are responsible for the information you enter and for sharing links only with people you intend to invite. Do not upload content you do not have the right to use, and do not use the service to harass, impersonate, or mislead people.
Accounts
Keep access to your sign-in account secure. You must be old enough to use the service in your jurisdiction. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or violate these terms. You can delete your account from Profile or the account deletion page.
Your content
You keep ownership of the names, photos, and copy you add. You grant us permission to host and display that content solely to operate your invitation. Do not upload content you do not have the right to use. Read the Copyright Policy and Acceptable Use Policy.
Plans and features
Some features, template designs, guest-link limits, photo limits, RSVP collection, or calendar tools may require a paid plan or a rewarded-ad unlock. The current feature matrix is shown in the app and can change. We may add, modify, or remove features, and we may offer promotional or complimentary access. Free allowances and paid benefits apply to new actions as described in the product; already-published guest invitations are not intentionally taken offline by a downgrade.
Purchases and refunds
Purchases made in the Android app are processed by Google Play and are subject to Google Play's terms, billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund rules. See our Refund and Cancellation Policy. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled in Google Play. Prices, taxes, and availability may change as shown by the store. We do not receive your full payment credentials. Deleting a Datixy account does not cancel a Google Play subscription; cancel it in Google Play. If you believe a charge is wrong, contact us as well as Google Play.
Rewarded ads
If rewarded ads are enabled, you may choose to watch an ad to unlock a template or feature for a limited time. Ad availability and rewards are not guaranteed, and a reward only applies after the provider verifies that the ad was completed. You can choose a paid plan instead where available.
Availability
The service is provided as-is. Invitation links are intended to remain available until the event date. We may change or discontinue features, and we are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the service.
