Refund and Cancellation Policy

Where you buy
Paid Datixy plans are purchased through Google Play inside the Datixy Android app. Prices, taxes, renewal dates, and any trial terms are shown by Google Play before you confirm the purchase. Datixy does not add a separate payment fee.
Cancelling a subscription
Open Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions, select Datixy, and choose Cancel. Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the paid period unless Google Play says otherwise. Deleting your Datixy account does not cancel a Google Play subscription.
Refunds
Refund requests are handled under Google Play’s refund policy. You can request a refund through Google Play or contact us at hello@datixy.com and we will help direct the request. We do not process card details directly.
Problems with a purchase
If a purchase does not unlock the expected feature, use Restore purchases in Plan & billing or contact us with the Google Play order number. Do not create a second purchase.
