Delete your account

You can delete your Datixy account and all of the invitations you own from the app:

  1. Sign in to Datixy.
  2. Open Profile.
  3. Choose Delete account and confirm.

This removes your profile, owned invitations, guest links, RSVPs, share cards, and uploaded invitation photos. It does not cancel a Google Play subscription — cancel that in Google Play before deleting the account.

If you cannot sign in, send a deletion request through the contact page from the email address on the account. We may need to verify ownership before deleting.
