What goes on the card, in order

The kankotri opens with Ganesh and often the kuldevi's name.
નિમંત્રક — the hosts
Written as 'અમારા સુપુત્ર / સુપુત્રી ...' from the parents, with grandparents' blessings above.
વર-કન્યા — the couple
The groom as ચિ. [નામ] and the bride as ચિ. [નામ] or અ.સૌ., each with parents' names and village.
પ્રસંગો — the functions
Each ceremony is a line: મંડપ મુહૂર્ત, ગ્રહશાંતિ, જાન આગમન, હસ્તમેળાપ, ભોજન સમારંભ.
સ્થળ — venue
Party plot or wadi name and full address.
વિનંતી — the request
Ends with 'આપ સહકુટુંબ પધારી અમારા આનંદમાં વધારો કરશો'.
